Interested in being a vendor?

If you are interested in being a vendor at the farm, please click the button above to reserve a spot.  Vendor spots are $20 (nonrefundable) for the first day of the weekend you wish to sell, and then $10 a day after that.  The fee includes your spot and entrance for 1 person into the farm.  You will need to provide tents, tables, chairs, etc.  If you have more than one person working your booth they will need to pay to get in.  Reservations can be made up 3 hours before we open on day on of the event, but need to be made by the Monday before if you want to be included in our vendor spotlight for the week.  

For setup, gates will be open 1 hour before we open for the day, and will close 15 minutes before we open.   For take down, we will open the gates 20 minutes before closing that day.  If you are selling multiple days on a weekend, you are welcome to leave anything you would like, but the site is not secure and we are not responsible for anything left on site.  

We will aim to have only 1 company seller per brand (ex Pampered Chef, Thirty- One, Scentsy, etc).  We have the right to refuse vendor spots to anyone at any time.  We are a family event so products must be in good taste and appropriate for kids, or out of sight of kids.  

We are (for the most part) a rain or shine event.  However, on occasion, we will close for weather.   If we close for weather, you will be fully refunded.  Please contact us if you have any questions.
